In this role, you will manage a team of engineers and technicians, coordinate with vendors, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You’ll use industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project for planning and execution. Daily, you’ll be on-site or in the office, overseeing installations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians in the installation and commissioning of wireless base stations (BTS).
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Oversee project planning and scheduling using tools like AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine optimal BTS locations and configurations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with network operations teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of BTS systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecom Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom infrastructure projects, with a focus on wireless base stations (BTS).
• Certifications in telecom technologies, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CISCO CCNA.
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and budgeting.
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with Bali’s telecom landscape and regulatory environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
