📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and managing the healthcare team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.,Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the health center, including patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Managing the health center's budget and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use.,Providing clinical leadership and guidance to the healthcare team.,Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Promoting a safe and respectful work environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.,Strong clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a healthcare team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and standards in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
