📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.,Prepare and review budget forecasts and financial projections.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
