📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including coordinating with vendors, setting up the venue, and managing the event timeline.,Oversee the preparation and service of food and beverages during banquet events.,Ensure that all events are executed according to the company's standards and client requirements.,Manage and supervise banquet staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Handle client inquiries and ensure their satisfaction throughout the event planning and execution process.,Maintain accurate records of banquet events, including client information, event details, and financial records.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet staff or event management roles.,Proven track record of successfully planning and executing banquet events.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of event planning software and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations for event planning.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
