Sentral Kirana Sembako is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Cashier Accounting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations and ensuring accurate financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashiering operations to ensure efficient and accurate financial transactions,Oversee the daily cash reconciliation process to maintain accurate financial records,Train and mentor junior cashiers to ensure high standards of service and accuracy,Monitor cash handling procedures to prevent theft or loss,Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to cash transactions,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Participate in inventory management and stock control processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashiering or accounting roles,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet programs,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and security measures
