📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and develop strategies to address them,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure effective learning,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs and preferences,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth,Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant attendance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture
