In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, and maintaining efficiency in our pharmaceutical and FMCG manufacturing operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficient and effective operations,Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflow,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement,Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet production targets,Train and mentor production team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing industry,Strong understanding of quality control standards and regulations,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Familiarity with production management software and tools,Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) is a plus
