In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings, ensuring a diverse and qualified pool of applicants.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recommendations for suitable candidates.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Maintain and update job descriptions and ensure they are competitive and accurately reflect the needs of the position.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Proven ability to meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
