📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales consultations with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.,Promoting and demonstrating products or services to potential customers, both in-store and through online platforms.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales targets.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail products or services and the ability to demonstrate them effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel is a must.
