As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our bancassurance products and services to our valued customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential bancassurance customers through various channels, including but not limited to, banks, fintech platforms, and other financial institutions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.,Promote and sell bancassurance products and services to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the bancassurance market.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.,Strong understanding of bancassurance products and services.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
