In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial reporting processes and overseeing client financial management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial reports and statements.
  • Oversee the financial management of clients, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.
  • Manage and supervise junior accountants and financial staff.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and documents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and practices.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgeting and forecasting for the company.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a senior position.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
