📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Write and edit user manuals, quick-start guides, and other technical materials,Develop and maintain our knowledge base and FAQs,Work with the marketing team to create product brochures and other promotional materials,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve our documentation,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Experience with content management systems is a plus,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
