📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to optimize stock levels.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
