Lingkungan Krisna Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and efficient Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all financial transactions related to patient payments, insurance claims, and other related services. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and providing excellent customer service to our patients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process patient payments accurately and efficiently.,Handle insurance claims and coordinate with insurance providers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.,Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.,Manage cash and ensure the proper handling of financial transactions.,Collaborate with the clinic staff to resolve any financial issues or discrepancies.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or financial role.,Proficiency in using computer software for financial transactions.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with medical billing and insurance processes is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is required.
