📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure the availability and security of IT systems.,Implement and manage security measures to protect the company's data and systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT systems.,Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure the safety of the company's data.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure the company's IT infrastructure is modern and efficient.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and procedures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
