📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory.,Overseeing inventory control and stock management to ensure optimal levels and minimize waste.,Coordinating with suppliers and other departments to maintain a well-stocked warehouse.,Implementing and enforcing warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Monitoring warehouse performance metrics and making recommendations for improvement.,Training and mentoring junior staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with logistics and transportation processes is a plus.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and reducing costs.
