📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant and efficient dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using POS systems.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and professionally.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation of food and beverages.
• Handle cash transactions and manage cash drawers, following company policies.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including inventory checks and cash reconciliations.
• Uphold and promote the company's values and standards of service.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality role.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as carrying trays and cleaning tables.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
