Facilities Manager - Bali (Central West Region)

In this role, you'll work closely with property managers, maintenance teams, and vendors to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. You'll also be responsible for implementing and monitoring energy-saving initiatives, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving continuous improvement in service quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance activities for assigned properties
• Ensure high levels of cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to address service requests and repairs
• Monitor energy consumption and implement measures to reduce waste and save costs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
• Manage and maintain property records, including lease agreements and tenant information
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a high-standard property environment
• Knowledge of building maintenance, housekeeping, and security systems
• Familiarity with energy management software such as IWMS or similar
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
