📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.,Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.,Oversee inventory management and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.,Assist in training and developing new staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and maintain operational reports and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a food service or operational role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,High school diploma or equivalent.
