📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed on time,Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching,Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills,Manage inventory and ensure all supplies are stocked and organized,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow,Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction,Maintain a clean and safe work environment,Prepare and present reports on operational performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes,Knowledge of relevant software and tools,Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
