📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and develop a team of branch managers and staff, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.,Lead and participate in training and development programs for staff.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role in a corporate or retail environment.,Proven track record of success in sales, customer service, and team leadership.,Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
