📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor the DevOps team, ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Design, implement, and maintain our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery.,Monitor and optimize our infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.,Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of new features and updates.,Implement and manage security best practices, ensuring the safety of our systems and data.,Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends and technologies, and drive innovation within the team.,Conduct regular reviews and audits of our DevOps processes, identifying areas for improvement.,Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless deployment and operation of our software solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in DevOps roles, with a strong background in CI/CD, cloud computing, and infrastructure as code.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring DevOps teams.,Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies, including Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, and AWS/GCP/Azure.,Experience in implementing and managing security best practices in DevOps environments.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in English is a plus.
