📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.

Manage a team of sales consultants, providing guidance, training, and support.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.

Prepare sales reports and presentations for senior management.

Participate in product development and marketing activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Achieve and exceed sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tech industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems.

Ability to travel for business purposes.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
