📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of tax officers in preparing and filing tax returns for the company.,Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Conduct audits and reviews of tax accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability.,Provide guidance and training to team members on tax laws and procedures.,Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance.,Prepare and present tax reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address tax-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using tax accounting software and spreadsheets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.,Familiarity with financial reporting and auditing processes.
