📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe and clean working environment.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure that customer feedback is collected and used to improve the overall dining experience.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.,Ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked with the necessary supplies and ingredients to meet customer demand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and budgeting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Experience with POS systems and other restaurant management software is a plus.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.
