Smart Leaf Cemerlang is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions of our company. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a strong background in accounting principles and practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.,Manage the payroll process, including calculations, deductions, and payments.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data.,Provide training and guidance to junior accounting staff.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and tax regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting practices and regulations.
