📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized.,Oversee daily fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, fuel management, and route planning.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and legal regulations governing fleet operations.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Train and mentor junior fleet coordinators and drivers to enhance overall fleet performance.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of improving fleet efficiency and reducing costs.,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.🛠️ Keahlian
