📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.,Assisting with the organization and maintenance of office records and files.,Supporting the HR department with recruitment processes, including conducting interviews and maintaining employee records.,Handling office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.,Providing administrative support to the management team, including preparing presentations and coordinating travel arrangements.,Assisting with the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.,Managing office communication, including email and phone correspondence.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with HRIS and other administrative software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
