📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the service network to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with service providers and ensure quality service delivery.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to service network issues.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance service network efficiency.,Conduct regular audits and inspections of service locations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service-related issues.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the BPO industry.,Strong understanding of service network management and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with BPO operations and tools is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
