CV Astrid Tunas is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team in Tuban. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for a professional who is passionate about developing and delivering effective training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to employees and stakeholders.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness to improve programs.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure training programs meet organizational goals.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees.,Evaluate and update training programs based on feedback and performance data.,Assist in the development of new training initiatives and strategies.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and best practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to travel within Indonesia as needed.
