Account Executive - Property Management

As an Account Executive, you'll spend your days building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and developing tailored solutions to meet those needs. You'll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract renewal, and you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients are satisfied with our services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, cultivate, and manage client relationships to drive sales and revenue growth
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential and existing clients
• Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly
• Collaborate with the Property Management team to ensure clients receive the highest level of service
• Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, to track and manage client interactions and data
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in property management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role in the property management industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Certification in property management or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
