📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in our HR and legal framework.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR and legal matters.
• Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure that our HR practices are legally sound and up-to-date.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address HR and legal challenges and opportunities.
• Utilize SAP SuccessFactors and DocuSign to streamline HR and legal processes.
• Stay current on changes in Indonesian labor laws and regulations, and proactively communicate relevant updates to the organization.
• Contribute to the development of training programs and materials to enhance employees' knowledge of HR and legal best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and legal compliance roles, with a strong focus on Indonesian labor laws.
• Certification in HR management or legal compliance (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex legal and HR issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and DocuSign.
