🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility & Production Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility and production engineering.
• Proficiency in Japanese language, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of international engineering standards and regulations.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving engineering projects.
• Experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
