📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and high productivity.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage inventory and supply chain to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Leverage SAP and JDE for efficient data management and reporting.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations supervision or a similar role.
• Proven experience in logistics and manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and JDE systems.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
