📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Track and manage accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payments
• Process and reconcile invoices using QuickBooks and Excel
• Manage collections and follow up on overdue accounts
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
