📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through outbound calls and emails.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English, with knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
