📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue enhancement
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with the Income Manager to develop and implement revenue growth strategies
- Conduct regular store audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide training and support to store managers and staff on financial reporting and revenue management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail finance
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall business goals
- Assist in the preparation of budget and financial planning for the retail operations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail finance or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with retail operations and industry trends
