📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist Account Managers in managing customer accounts, including contract renewals and onboarding new clients.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
• Maintain and update customer databases using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Prepare and distribute reports to Account Managers and stakeholders.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support the Account Management Department in organizing client meetings and events.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other customer-facing documents.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
