📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, diagnostics, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and manage chronic illnesses, working closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and provide referrals to specialists when necessary.
• Promote preventive healthcare and educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals, to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities to stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and follow-up notes.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines, professional standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure the highest quality of care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine (MBBS) or equivalent from an accredited medical school.
• Valid medical license and registration with the relevant medical board in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general practice or a related medical field.
• Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of medical diagnosis, treatment, and management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with patients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical software, such as Practice Fusion or Epic.
