🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a BLUD or similar government environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
