As a Finance & Accounting Administrator at Pelangi Elasindo, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage day-to-day financial activities including accounts payable and receivable
• Process bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Prepare and maintain financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings
• Provide support to the finance team in financial analysis and forecasting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks or similar software
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting or related roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus
